- Failure to read product description or system requirements
- Issues caused by third-party software or hardware
4. Trial Period
We offer a 24-hour trial for 6.99 PLN. This allows you to test the software before committing to a longer subscription.
5. Refund Process

- Provide your license key and reason for refund
- Allow 3-5 business days for review
- If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
6. Partial Refunds
For longer subscriptions, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, calculated based on unused time.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension. Please contact support before disputing charges.
